On 28 September 2026, the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) issued Official Letter No. 3656/QLD-KD, asking pharmaceutical businesses to urgently register accounts and connect their data to the national pharmaceutical database. The deadline for registration, approval and data connection was 4 October 2026.
Who must register?
- Drug and medicinal ingredient manufacturers.
- Exporters and importers of drugs and medicinal ingredients.
- Providers of drug and ingredient storage services.
- Wholesale and retail pharmacies – through instructions from the provincial Departments of Health.
What businesses need to do
- Register an account on the national pharmaceutical database at csdlduoc.com.vn, providing complete and accurate business information and an email address to receive approval results and login details.
- Create, update and connect data within the scope of their licensed activities, in line with the guidance issued by the National Health Information Center.
- Assign staff to operate the system, monitor data connection and report any difficulties to the authorities.
Why it matters
The national pharmaceutical database supports traceability and transparent management of drugs across the supply chain – from manufacturing and import to distribution and retail. Businesses that have not yet completed registration should do so as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted operations. Cơ sở kinh doanh dược phải đăng ký tài khoản trên Hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu về dược
Ngày 28/9/2026, Cục Quản lý Dược ban hành Công văn số 3656/QLD-KD đề nghị các cơ sở kinh doanh dược khẩn trương đăng ký tài khoản và liên thông dữ liệu trên Hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu về dược. Thời hạn hoàn thành việc đăng ký, phê duyệt và liên thông dữ liệu là trước ngày 04/10/2026.
Đối tượng phải đăng ký
- Cơ sở sản xuất thuốc, nguyên liệu làm thuốc.
- Cơ sở xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu thuốc, nguyên liệu làm thuốc.
- Cơ sở kinh doanh dịch vụ bảo quản thuốc, nguyên liệu làm thuốc.
- Cơ sở bán buôn, bán lẻ thuốc – thông qua hướng dẫn của Sở Y tế các tỉnh, thành phố.
Doanh nghiệp cần làm gì?
- Đăng ký tài khoản tại csdlduoc.com.vn, kê khai đầy đủ, chính xác thông tin cơ sở và địa chỉ email để nhận kết quả phê duyệt, thông tin đăng nhập.
- Khởi tạo, cập nhật và liên thông dữ liệu theo phạm vi hoạt động, theo hướng dẫn của Trung tâm Thông tin y tế Quốc gia.
- Phân công nhân sự vận hành hệ thống, theo dõi việc liên thông dữ liệu và báo cáo kịp thời các khó khăn, vướng mắc.
Vì sao quan trọng?
Hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu về dược giúp truy xuất nguồn gốc và quản lý minh bạch thuốc trong toàn bộ chuỗi cung ứng – từ sản xuất, nhập khẩu đến phân phối và bán lẻ. Các cơ sở chưa hoàn thành đăng ký cần thực hiện sớm để bảo đảm hoạt động kinh doanh không bị gián đoạn. LAMDACO đang theo sát yêu cầu này trong hoạt động nhập khẩu và phân phối của mình.
