The Ministry of Health abolishes and partially abolishes a number of legal documents in the field of health
Accordingly, on November 14, 2023, the Ministry of Health has just issued Circular No. 20/TT-BYT abolishing all and part of a number of legal documents issued by the Minister of Health.
- Directive No. 06/2008/CT-BYT dated June 27, 2008 of the Minister of Health on enhancing the quality of medical human resources training.
- Decision No. 379/2002/QD-BYT dated February 8, 2002 of the Minister of Health promulgating regulations on health statistics.
- Circular No. 29/2014/TT-BYT dated August 14, 2014 of the Minister of Health regulating health statistical reporting forms and regimes applicable to private medical examination and treatment facilities core.
- Circular No. 19/2015/TT-BYT dated July 15, 2015 of the Minister of Health regulating the inspection, processing, review and systematization of legal documents in the field of management State of the Ministry of Health.
- Circular No. 30/2015/TT-BYT dated October 12, 2015 of the Minister of Health regulating the import of medical equipment. Abolish part of 5 legal documents issued by the Minister of Health, including:
The Ministry of Health has just issued a Circular abolishing all and part of a number of legal documents in the field of health. Illustration
1. Articles 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of Circular No. 17/2001/TT-BYT dated August 1, 2001 of the Minister of Health guiding foreign enterprises to register drug activities and medicinal ingredients in Vietnam.
2. Clause 5, Section II, Section III, Section IV and Section V of Circular No. 10/2003/TT-BYT dated December 16, 2003 of the Minister of Health guiding foreign companies to register for vaccine activities , medical biological products with Vietnam.
3. Content related to import of in vitro diagnostic biological products in Circular No. 47/2010/TT-BYT dated December 29, 2010 of the Minister of Health guiding the export and import of drugs and packaging skin in direct contact with the drug.
4. Clause 4, Article 1 of Circular No. 47/2011/TT-BYT dated December 21, 2011 of the Minister of Health amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 17/2001/TT-BYT dated December 1 8 of 2001 of the Minister of Health guiding foreign enterprises to register activities in drugs and medicinal ingredients in Vietnam and Circular No. 10/2003/TT-BYT dated December 16, 2003 of the Minister of Health. Health guides foreign companies to register their activities on vaccines and medical biological products with Vietnam.
5. Point b, Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular No. 29/2015/TT-BYT dated October 12, 2015 of the Minister of Health regulating the issuance and re-issuance of Certificates as Herbalists.
The Circular abolishing a number of legal documents issued by the Minister of Health takes effect from January 1, 2024.
The Ministry of Health requests the Chief of the Ministry Office, Director of the Legal Department, Chief Inspector of the Ministry, Directors, Directors, General Directors of Departments, Bureaus, General Departments under the Ministry of Health and agencies, organizations and individuals Relevant individuals are responsible for implementing the Circular./.
