Participating in the conference were comrades in the Steering Committee, the Supporting Team of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation of the Health Sector, medical examination and treatment units in the industry, Health Departments of districts and towns and 11 medical stations striving to Meet advanced new rural criteria by 2023.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Health Dao Khac Hung emphasized that in recent times, digital transformation work has been drastically directed by the industry, implementing many tasks and solutions, gradually digitizing data. , applying information technology to all activities from executive management, medical examination and treatment, preventive medicine… In executive management, the health sector maintains a regulatory document management system. implementation, the rate of sending and receiving electronic documents in the industry has now reached more than 98%, the industry’s electronic information portal is continuously ranked in the top 3 best performing sites in the province, the industry also actively directs medical examination facilities. Medical treatment is linked to the Electronic Prescription System. Currently, 100% of online public services of the Department of Health are deployed online at level 4, 100% of administrative procedure documents are received and processed online on the province’s public service system. In medical examination and treatment, 100% of medical examination and treatment units deploy the HIS Hospital Management System to connect with the Insurance Assessment Portal to pay health insurance medical examination and treatment costs. Currently, the entire industry has 2 units successfully implementing electronic medical records and 3 units approaching electronic medical records. Preventive health work continues to maintain vaccination management systems, infectious disease management, and non-communicable diseases implemented by the Ministry of Health.
At the training session, experts from the National Center for Health Information – Ministry of Health directly guided the implementation of the remote medical examination and treatment platform (Vtelehealth) and the implementation of the electronic health records (VHR) platform. . Participating units also discussed, presented, shared difficulties and problems and were directly answered and resolved by experts as well as departments of the Department.
For the two trained platforms, the electronic health records platform has been deployed by the Department of Health since 2018. Since implementing Project 06 on population data management of the Government, the industry is piloting Deploy the creation of an original list of people’s health management in Yen Phong district and is expected to replicate throughout the province. In building model new rural areas and sets of commune-level new rural criteria for the period 2022 – 2025, two important indicators of commune health that must be achieved are the proportion of the adult population using medical examination and consulting services. Remote medical treatment reached over 30%, the rate of people with electronic health records reached 90%.

The training session will help medical facilities in the province deploy digital platforms more effectively.
